Looks Great and a Great crew

They did an excellent job. This is the second time that I have used them. They were on time, neat, and cleaned up when they were done. They repaired the walls, sanded and did excellent prep work. The final job was beautiful.

Brad in his crew were very professional in the job doing everything they said they would and showed up promptly every day. They were clean and courteous in the house and moved easily from one room to another respectful of my mother and her belongings. Because of the nicotine stains (the house has been inhabited by heavy smokers) the job required much more cleaning as well as primer and paint than initially bid. So instead of 3 coats of primer/paint (initial contract) the job required four and in some rooms five. As a result, the final price came in 40 percent higher than initially bid. This price, however, was still much lower than other bids we had received from other painters (some of which are on Angie's List). So given the overall quality, care and work ethic, we were very pleased with the job.

Brad was so prompt with a response and came when he said he would. He was very helpful with helping to choose the color of the foyer which was important because of its size. He came to our house the second time to finalize the color selection and stayed for a long time until we decided on a color. At no point did Brad or his team make us feel uncomfortable when we requested advice or a service not included. WShen asked to do something extra, Brad considered it and made it happen. Brad and his crew (the boss and his team) came at 7:30 am daily ready to work (and sometimes a little earlier although I didn't necessarily let them in when they came earlier). They set up and got to work and worked diligently through the day. They were done every day at 3:00. The job took 4 1/2 days. Brad took payment in two stages, one after two days, and then one at the end. I feel that Brad was always concerned with satisfying us. We would definitely have B & B do our future painting. They did a beautiful job (and my partner is a tough critic).

Everything was great. I called them on Saturday. They came in and gave me an estimate, at which point I hired them immediately. They came in on Monday and power washed the entire building, and today they painted my building. They did a great job, and I was very satisfied with their work. He was on time and clean, and I was able to communicate to the workers, who were also very courteous. He left the property in very good, clean condition. Their prices were very good. They paint job looks terrific as well--the house is 46 years old and it looks like I have a new home. I was very happy with them and would certainly use them again.

Brad was one of the first contractors to return my call, and came out to quote within two days. The final price was higher than the estimate, but it was because I met with the first contractor (who gave a written detailed estimate) and my wife met with Brad, and we described the job differently. Brad's quote was a number written on a blank piece of paper. When Brad's partner Don showed up (in a van that had another company name, not B&B) I was there and got the new quote for the hallway that had been left out of the original quote. Even with the higher number, Brad was 20% lower than the other quote. The job started about two weeks after the quote; largely because we were unavailable due to the July 4 weekend. Don did the entire job himself, including three coats of paint, in a day and a half. He showed up on time both days, used lots of drop cloths, and cleaned up. We were a little leery about one person working so high up by himself, but my son was hanging around doing nothing and footed the ladder for him. Brad dropped by the house the evening of the second day to pick up the cash.

I was very pleased with the job that they did. They came on time and did what was expected. They kept the price to their estimate. They cleaned up very well.

Brad was quick to get a bid to us, and based on his competitive pricing and congenial manner, we accepted the bid and set a date. B & B had an unexpected opening in their schedule and were able to get us over a week earlier than expected. They were thorough, respectful of our property, and cleaned up after themselves each day. The crew was pleasant and professional. -- My husband had some porch repair work to complete before the paint job that was complicated by rain and the fact that B & B came early. B & B was patient and respectful and scheduled their work around the task we had to finish. They completed the job in about 10 days, good time considering that this was a very big job, and we had rain in the middle. We are very pleased with the final product and think it is one of the best paint jobs we have had in the 23 years we have owned this home -- This is our fifth complete paint job in that time. --- We would recommend Brad and his company and have hired him for a much smaller interior job.

Very prompt from estimate to job completion and a fair price in comparison to another estimate. The crew works from 8 am to about 2 pm with Brad, the owner, providing guidance and logistic/supply support to his guys. He did not do much painting due to numerous incoming phone calls and logistic support required as the owner. Having the owner show up to go over the plan for each day was great but beyond that, the fewer people in the house the better when trying to move in with a family of 5. Brad has two excellent painters that seem to work better on their own. It would be more professional to try to keep more distance from the homeowners especially when they are moving into a new home with 3 little kids getting off to new schools.

The job went very well. B&B promptly came and did an estimate. We needed the work done by a certain date and they were able to make sure that happened.

Brad and his crew were excellent from start to finish. Prompt with communication and estimate, very easy to work with. They worked hard and did a great job. They did excellent work and we are very pleased. Brad also has a great eye for colors and he helped us to decide the colors which we like very much.Their price is reasonable. We would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

The men were here promptly at 8am, as they said they would be. They went to work and didn't fool around. They were very professional. They left promptly at 3pm and returned the next day promptly at 8am. The job went very smoothly. After they left, we noticed some discrepancies in the job. When I called Brad, he assured me all would be well. He would be back in a week to make any corrections. I did not have to call him again. He called me and came over and did a great job rectifying the problem which wasn't that much of a big deal anyway. He went out of his way to satisfy my wife's complaints. He can paint for me anytime.

They did the scraping priming and prepared the plastering. They rectified the previous painters mistakes and fixed all of the blemishes. They were so good I kept adding jobs for them. There were never an issue through all of the work, there was no lip service, they gave realistic goals and ideas and were able to follow up on them. I may even hire them for my other home in the Hamptons. I recommend them to anyone, I have had so many bad experiences with so many people that I owe them a great review they were great and they are willing to travel into the city!

The job was excellent Brad and his crew came in and did a wonderful job. They arrived on time covered everything clean up. I could not be happier. I would hire them again.

This is an exceptional painting business. They will do interior or exterior painting. We've used their services for years and highly recommend them. I don't think that there is a better painting firm out there. I have the utmost confidence in them and trust them to be in the house when no one is home. They always cleaned up every evening.

He was prompt and arrived on time, but the price was way out of line. The price quoted was for 6 rooms.

B&B showed up promptly as scheduled. Worked cleanly and efficiently and did an excellent job. I will use them again.
