DO NOT CALL AMADEUS PIANO CO... When I contacted Amadeus Piano about tuning my piano, I was told that I had to pay upfront. I was given an appointment and I was sent an invoice via email that I was to pay via PayPal. I paid the invoice ($95.00) and was expecting them to show up on the Saturday of that same week. They were a no-show. When I called them to find out why the technician never showed up, I got no answer at their office. I left a message and sent them an email. I did not hear from anyone for a week. When someone finally called me back, the woman from the company (her name was EVA), told me that the reason why no one showed up was because they do not do piano tunings on weekends;... even though THEY scheduled it for a saturday. After several MONTHS of them making appointments and cancelling them, they finally sent a tech out to my home to tune the piano. The technician was in my home for a grand total of 20 minutes. He did a terrible job, scratched the finish on my piano, and then in an attempt to hide the fact that he damaged my piano, he stated "You really should keep the key cover open at all times". The key cover was the part that he scratched and the damage was not visible as long as it remained open. I did get my piano tuned by a reputable company finally.

Response was very fast (same day). Submitted information on the website and got a call that night with estimate, which was based on size of piano, distance, and number of stairs involved. I put a deposit (through PayPal) and then the balance was due, in cash, at time of move. The movers were careful with the piano and gave us tips on placement of the piano in the new place. They seemed very knowledgeable about pianos. They also moved a few other items with the piano (2 extra chairs) at no additional charge, as long as they knew they were getting a tip. Before they knew they were getting a tip, they were going to charge an extra $50.00. I had gotten one estimate from another company for the same price, a regular moving company gave a much higher price estimate ($900), and one other company did not even get back to me. I did not go with the other company that gave me the same price because they were going to charge extra for the extra chairs I was moving.
