septic tank
+ -1 moreHave used Superior for several years to pump out septic and holding tanks. They have always been very prompt and responsive. When we've had problems with pumps they've been very helpful in troubleshooting the problem and providing the lowest cost solution.

+ -1 moreOur septic tank had not been drained in several years and there was a clog that was causing the sewage to come back into the house. I called up Superior Septic and they had a service for finding the tank, digging it up, and draining it. We went with finding the tank and draining it as we could dig up the lid ourselves. On the day we called them, they sent out someone to help us find the tank, which they found using a combination of sensor and long steel rod. We dug up the lid and the next morning they had the truck out to drain the tank. The clog turned out to be on the inlet side pipe. It was a buildup of soap scum and they were able to easily fix the problem. As our tank lid was about 2 feet down we asked if they could put a riser on the lid. The next morning they installed the riser. We were very happy with the service, the price and the speed at which they could get our problem fixed.
Description of Work: There were 4 services we had done by Superior Septic: 1.) The septic tank lid needed to be found 2.) There was a clog that needed to be found and fixed 3.) The tank had to be drained as it had been at least 5 years since the last time 4.) The tank lid was 2 feet down so for easier service in the future we had a 1 foot riser installed
