I have them come once a year to tune up my furnaces. It was reasonable. I used them for 10 or 12 years. Their price is good. Their responsiveness is real great. I had a furnace go out in the middle of the night, they came out with no problem.

Excellent,as usual!!! They vacuumed and changed filters. Checked operation of all the furnaces..Associates were friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. We have been dealing with Keeler since 2008 when they installed 3 furnaces and heat runs at an rental apartment house we had just purchased. And,we had them install a natural gas furnace at another rental property. All the work was done very well,with no issues. They also offer 24 hour service. We recommend them Highly.

We hired Keeler's to service our boiler for our hot water heating system. We explained to them that we had not had the furnace serviced or anything in the ten years we have lived here. Keeler's came and cleaned out the burners. I don't have any complaint that they did that job adequately. The problem was that two days later we had carbon monoxide in our basement. The gas company found that the joint where the furnace pipe goes into the chimney was badly rusted and was allowing carbon monoxide to escape into the basement. We hired a chimney specialist to come and repair the chimney. The gas company came back and when the furnace was turned on, the carbon monoxide was even worse. They took a look at the furnace and found that the inside of the furnace had rusted through allowing the carbon monoxide to escape into the basement. We ended up having to replace the furnace. I feel that Keelers, knowing the furnace hadn't been serviced in over ten years and knowing that the furnace was very old, should have checked it over better and should have seen the rusted chimney pipe and the hole inside the furnace. They were pretty obvious if you just looked. I don't know anything about boilers, that is why I hired someone to clean it. I guess I made the mistake of assuming that anyone coming to service a furnace would make sure that it would operate safely. My other complaint is that when we called Keeler's to tell them there was a problem with the furnace after they cleaned it, they did not even return our phone calls. We are very lucky that the gas company found the source of the carbon monoxide leak and we were able to have the chimney repaired and the furnace replaced. Otherwise this story might have had a very different ending. I will add that my husband feels that Keeler's did what we asked them to and I should not have expected them to do a safety check. I still think the safety check should be part of servicing a furnace.

I called 1 day and they were here the next, exactly when they said they would be. I have used this company for many household and rental unit repairs and they are customer oriented.
