Outstanding!! Both installers who are full time employees of Will's were extremely proficient, competent and attentive. Once they arrived-on time-they stayed on the job until the end of the day. Brought their lunch with them and took a short break on site. Some on site adjustments needed to be made and were completed with no problem. As the work progressed, measurements and alignments were constantly checked and, if something appeared off, corrections were made immediately. Will's was a pleasure to deal with. Tim took the time to go over options and make suggestions. A follow-up visit to adjust our original plan went smoothly and, due to another employee's suggestion, we altered the product for the entryway. I can't think of anything else to add other than the personal services as well as the professionalism and friendliness of Will's is top notch. .

the company said it would take three days, it was actually two and a half. we only have the one bathroom and they worked around that as much as they could. the work commenced on wed. march 21 and the old floor was taken out except for under the toilet. thurs. morning i removed the toilet before they arrived. they installed the heating pads in kitchen and bath and all tile was done on the 22nd. fri. the 23rd the grouting was done and jobsite cleaned up by 1pm. we are very pleased with the work and professionalism.

I have used Wills carpet before. I went to their showroom and picked up some samples. Then I ordered the carpet and they brought it out, and installed it. The carpeting is great.
