Description of Work: We purchased a gas fireplace from WNY FIREPLACE and from day one had nothing but issues with it. They were receptive to our needs in the very beginning but after the second or third issue with the fireplace, they became less and less responsive to our many phone calls to try to resolve either replacing the fireplace or to finally fix it! |No call back and we finally had to resolve to calling the manufacturer in Canada ourselves to see if anything could be done. At this point fireplace is still not working correctly! |Very dis-satisfied with WNY service, they are there only to sell and NOT take care of a problem.

It was a wonderful experience and went very smoothly.
Description of Work: I had my chimney repointed, a gas insert installed along with the fireplace refaced & new mantle installed.
