Description of Work: This company provided an estimate that included everything we were looking for in a new roof. It was a good price for the roofing job. The work crews were excellent. They worked in very windy conditions. They never left for the day unless the roof was water tight. Their cleanup procedures were good too. They are pleasant, efficient workers. Randy who did the estimate, and Eric who ran the work crew are easy to work with. They kept us informed about the work in progress. It was an overall excellent experience. And the company would not take any payment until the roof was completely done and we were completely satisfied!

Description of Work: New metal roof installed. We contacted them in October they told us they had a lot of work before it would be out turn. It was about 6 weeks. They did a good job and cleaned up after their work. The workers did not come to the door at any time.

Description of Work: We hired R. A. Haitz to replace a defective roof that we had for only a year (installed by crooks and swindlers). The sales representative from R. A. Haitz, Randy, was extremely professional and truly sympathetic to our plight (with the previous roofers). He promptly drew up a quote, which he modified to our specifications in short order, and everything was handled very professionally. We always felt that we were being dealt with fairly and honestly. Indeed, they extended the warranty for us and didn't take payment until the job was done; they truly stand by their work. | |The workers themselves were courteous and also professional. The crew from R. A. Haitz were done in about two days, and they left barely more than a nail or two on our property - very clean! The new roof is fantastic, clearly the work of pros. We had concerns about a spot near our chimney (very difficult to flash), and they returned to address it quickly. | |In short, I would highly recommend R. A. Haitz for a new roof.

+ 0 moreIn March of 2015 R A Haitz tore out a chimney for us and installed soffit vents. We used them again because of the great work they did previously for us when they replaced windows and our roof. They were the best price and did a great job! On the roofing job, they actually stayed late the day they started just so they could complete it in a single day. I was beyond happy.
Description of Work: Removed chimney and installed soffit vents. Previous work included. windows replacement and roof replacement.

+ -1 moreVery professional service, prompt and courteous. Provided a written quote spelling out all the details of the work. They came in with a large crew, knocked out the job in two days. I was provided with certificates of insurance (liability and workers comp) listing me as an additional insured, and with a written installation warranty in addition to the manufacturers warranties. I recommended them to a neighbor up the street and they did his roof as well ( he was happy too).
Description of Work: Total tear down and reroofing of my house with architectural asphalt shingle. New underlayment, ice guard, roof vents, boots and caps for sanitary stacks.

+ -1 moreI recently had to have a roof replaced on my sister's house in Batavia. After reading some of the reviews I decided to contact R.A.Haitz Co. for an estimate. From the first contact, the experience was positive. Randy came out to see the roof and had emailed me an estimate within 3 hours. He actually said that he could have the leak repaired and we might get a couple of more years out of the roof but we decided to be proactive and have it replaced. The estimate was in line with what we expected and he said he could do the work quickly due to the fact that there was a leak. The workers were personable and polite and the work was completed quickly. They did a great job cleaning up and the roof looks great! We highly recommend this company for a quality, professional job.

+ -1 moreWe needed to have a loud, dangling piece of metal flashing replaced after a windstorm. After all the other roofers made excuses for not coming (i.e. too busy, too far away, etc.) these guys came here quickly and without question. They did a nice job and were polite and professional. The job, although small, looks nice. We will hire them again.
Description of Work: They fixed one piece of metal flashing that come undone after a fierce wind storm. The also fixed a mis-matched piece of flashing from a previous roofer.

Description of Work: We had a total roof tear off and re-shingled. Also they replaced a skylight. Workers did a great job despite the intense heat. They were courteous and did a great job cleaning up after themselves as well. The saleman, Randy Tonner, did a great job of helping us weigh or options when we were considering some roof line changes. He also followed up to make sure we were satisfied.
