Description of Work: These guys were supposed to install Direct TV at my home the day I moved. There were 3 scheduled technician appointments - each time a guy was scheduled to come, he did not show up. Ultimately, Tim and his staff stopped returning my calls - they basically just blew me off. In the interim, Direct TV had been activated and I was getting billed. This took MONTHS to straighten out as DTV kept insisting I owed money and I ended up having to find another authorized dealer to assist me in turning the service off. IRS Systems did absolutely nothing to help me - I had just moved, my stress level was high and these clowns just made the whole process a nightmare. In addition, IRS appears to be running a DTV scam. They approach existing DTV customers and offer to buy out their existing contracts with gift cards, then they get you to sign up for a new 2 year deal (with all the bells and whistles) by using a phony billing address. I know this because that is how they approached me.
