I couldn't hae asked for better service and efficiency in what turned out (for me) to be a major task. I had several days of work done and they accomplished all of it in a very professional manner, explaining different steps to me and answering all my questions. They never left me hanging! Kudos to Chris, Josh and Noah for a job very well done! And to Tammy for always getting back to my voice messages. I won't hesitate to call them for any future jobs!!

They came over on a timely manner.But they never gave us an honest opinion about our water tank that we couldn’t light. The representatives for the company had their minds set on selling us a brand new water tank.Ot was a tankless water tank that had a 12 year warranty on it. The price was enormously large from other people we spoke to after they put it in. It costed &4200. We didn’t pay them right away and we were treated like criminals when there was no doubt that this company is. We signed a contract so we couldn’t say boo. There’re was no itemized list on the contract as well.Please do your homework before hiring this company. This is because they willl rip you off just like they did us.

The crew was prompt when called, the work was excellent and finished in a timely manner. The crew was very professional and the followup on the work when completed was informative and much appreciated. Excellent job to all involved.

We were delighted with the work that was done. They were very reasonable and prompt, professional, personable and courteous. We now have top quality equipment in our home with excellent warrantee and every confidence that if we have any problem, this company will respond promptly. We highly recommend this company.

Although the guy that came out was professional and courteous, he left by telling me my water tank needed to be replaced. I was upset about that, but accepted the decision. The estimate I was given was extremely high, so I called another company. When the other company came out, they said my water tank was fine and fixed my problem in less that five minutes! I am not handy, especially when it comes to plumbing, but I paid over $200 for nothing from Henry Cook and trusted their evaluation. I will never use them because I threw away money. They responded quickly and were polite, but clearly have no idea what they are doing.

I received a fair estimate in advance of the work. I was impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the workers. They were prompt and responsive to my concerns. Everything was cleaned up following the work. There was less disruption of my household than I expected. Great job. Thanks Chris!

Called business emergency hotline and left message. Was not contacted back. Waited 24 hours and recalled the hotline and left second message. Was then contacted and told that someone would respond the next day but with no time frame commitment. Took day off because I was told someone needed to be present. Waited all day but nobody came. Received phone call from the business in late afternoon. Was told they were backed up with service calls and would not be responding that day after all. Was now told they could not send anyone for two days.

Cody at Henry Cook plumbing is amazing. They came this morning and fixed our kitchen plumbing within an hour. They are kind and respectful. I can't wait to save up the money for my bathroom show restoration. Thank you Cody so much

The overall job was good however, they cut out valves and didn't replace some. Not a big deal. They removed some vinyl wall covers in the basement and never put them back. Just left them laying in the basement. In the attic, they left all the insulation that they move out of the way just strewn all over. They left their mess in the basement and attic. The worst part was that one of the workers left a pair of sunglasses on the basement window sill and they sat there for days. One day I went down and the basement window was pushed open and the sunglasses were gone.

Chris Cook came out and was very clear on cost, time it would take and gave us an excellent price quote. They were prompt polite and very neat. The work was outstanding and I have recommended them several times over. I will definitely continue to call them for any future plumbing, heating or electrical services!!

Excavated @ well casing and replaced existing 2 pipe system in well and in house; installed 1/2 HP 120 volt submersible pump and pressure tank (Gould pump and Amtrol tank). I initially gave good report. However, I got a well guy on an unrelated problem and found out Mr. Chris Cook did very sloppy and impassable electrical and plumbing work; I therefore withdraw my high recommendation of this company. MR CHRIS COOK SHOULD HAVE SEALED OLD SIDESEALS WHICH WERE PRESENT AND DID NOT DO SO. HE SHOULD NOT HAVE PUT ELECTRICAL LINE THROUGH WELL CASING. HE FAILED TO SEAL IT AT THE VERY LEAST LEAVING IT OPEN FOR CONTAMINATION. IT MAY ALSO RUB ON SIDE OF WELL CAUSING IT TO SHORT OUT. DESPITE DOING THESE THINGS WRONG, PUTTING A GROMMET ON IT MAY HAVE GIVEN IT SOME PROTECTION. CHRIS DID NOT EVEN DO THAT. .Very poor job. Caught him in numerous lies also. I do not know if he did not know better or if he just did not care.
