We have a large barn that had T Lock shingles on it that had started to deteriorate. We wanted a metal roof. They told my husband that the metal roofing would blow off. They installed RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTUAL shingles. "30 year shingles to match your house roof" The shingles started to blow off the FIRST winter. My husband called and called before they would come out and repair the roof. After the second winter they stopped answering his calls. After the third winter we stopped calling. We put on a metal roof and have not had any problems since. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY HAVING THEM DO THE JOB!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THE SALESMAN, BURT EARL IS A CROOK!
Description of Work: My elderly mother-in-law was coerced my a salesman into adding another layer to her roof that this company had put on approx 13 years prior. At that time there was no problems with the existing roof. No leaks. This happened months after her husband had died. The salesman was a neighbor that she trusted. Another layer was put over an the existing roof, and some layers of plywood as well. There were problems immediately with leaks. Many calls needed to be made to get someone to respond. It took several attempts to successfully repair the problems and she was even charged additionally at one point. That year we added a laundry room which involved drywall, wiring, painting, etc, Then ANOTHER leak appeared, after many phone call and several attempts at a repair the leak stopped. The ceiling tiles, however were ruined. The salesman said he would replace them. He never paid to have it done. The repair bill was submitted and still has not been paid.
