+ 0 moreThe problem I found out, was they were not going to work on my roof until six months in the future. They claimed they needed the $800 for all the work they had already done, and they had done nothing. Warn people if they are going to Classic, BEWARE of the people in the office. They care about nothing but money, not customers.
Description of Work: NOTHING!!! I signed for a roof repair, and was told it would take several weeks. I found someone who would do the job the next day and hired him. I called immediately and cancelled the Classic appointment. They found a way to charge me $800 anyway--without saying anything about it. I told them my income was below poverty level. They didn't care. The office wrote on my contract that I had cancelled 'SEVERAL days after it was signed, so they claimed I could not back out of the contract.

Description of Work: I have used Classic 4 times. New windows in the entire house - great job, excellent quality, everything went right. About an $5000. job. Roof over a porch, new steel door, new storm door - about $7,000. other smaller work. Excellent all around. Not the least expensive but by far the best value.

+ -1 moreClassic did an excellent job, work performed on time, competitively priced, thorough cleaned up after completion. Great people to work with, very knowledgeable about their products. Currently using them (August 2013) on a new project to to install roofing over a deck on our home.

+ -1 moreWe were very happy with the extent of their service after the work was done. They still come and tuck the siding back in if there is ever a wind storm or something. They did a good job on the installation as well. They made sure to clean up their messes and were done with everything in timely manner.
Description of Work: They installed 12 windows, vinyl siding and a roof on our three bedroom home. They used regular asphalt shingles on the roof and the windows were all average sized.

+ -1 moreClassic Home Improvement is an excellent company to hire. They were prompt, punctual, and cleaned up their mess. They did the work in January in just two days in the cold. They had large modifications to do and did them well. I was impressed.
Description of Work: I purchased six double-hung windows and one bow window from Classic Home Improvement. They installed them in our home.
