 + -1 more👍👍Delivery of Clothes Washer. Upon my order (June 9, 2022). Was promised delivery of Dishwasher,June 16th, I took a day off work (cost ne $475) to be there for installation, as in-home service companies require. After THREE calls to "Ben's Appliances" & 3 DIFFERENT employees +My FULL PAYMENT (!) , they blame a 3rd party Dishwasher installer", "Jack"... Ben's Appliances would NOT give me Jack's ph #. Last rep who took my call stated, "Jack has to come in tomorrow. I'll talk to him". Do yourself a favor. Buy your Appliances from Alden, Attica, Akron or Chili.

Description of Work: It took Ben's 10 1/2 weeks to fix my refrigerator. I got the run around, I was promised time and time again the parts were coming and every time I called it was a different story. They're coming from the Carolina's, then from St. Louis etc. I called Whirlpool and Marcone's during this time and the parts were available. At one time I was told I was on the schedule and they'd be out to fix it, they never came and when questioned they said there were three other customers with the same name on the schedule that's where the mistake came in. Extremely unbelievable to say the least. I had to rent a refrigerator, it cost me around $120.00 and that's with the first four weeks free. I would never recommend Ben's for any kind of service.

 + -1 moreI felt that Ben's Appliance & Kitchen had a good design. They have very high quality products. They didn't rush us and took their time to make sure everything was of the highest quality. We highly recommend them to our friends and family.
Description of Work: We hired Ben's Appliance & Kitchen to remodel our kitchen. They replaced the cabinets and counter-tops. They also did some drywall and carpentry work.

 + -1 moreI would probably look around first for someone maybe a little cheaper. The service guy from Ben's Appliance & Kitchen Center was a little rough around the edges. The appliances were fixed when they left.
Description of Work: Ben's Appliance & Kitchen Center had to come out and fix our stove and our dryer.
