+ -1 moreI was very disappointed with this company, I would not call them Professionals, The "kid" that showed up @ my house to do the estimate was completely uneducated on my system, he handed me some brochures, and when I asked for recommendations, he was absolutely no help. We ended up going with a smaller local company, ( Pro Mechanicals of WNY) that were straight forward and extremely helpful. They gave us an honest price and created a new design for us, they did impeccable work. The guy that came (John) took extra time out to sit down and go over all our questions, I would recommend that you stay away from Artic and I hope that this will lead you in the direction of a true professional, Thanks PRO !

+ -1 moreWe got several estimates, and Arctic's was in the middle. But they offered some creative solutions to our heating/cooling situation and even did some additional research for us. They provided us with literature and patiently answered the hundreds of questions we had! Then (of course) we wanted the work done quickly, and they came through in fine fashion. On top of all of this, the workers were pleasant and actually nice to have around the house! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARCTIC!
Description of Work: These guys were GREAT -- they came when they said they would, they listened to our concerns, and they did what they promised. When we had a problem several months later, they came right back. You might find somebody cheaper, but you won't find anybody better!
