Description of Work: Charlie Willams and his co-worker Bill Crellin framed and constructed a 26x12 ft attached elevated deck. Their superior woodworking skills are immediately apparent-- in the perfect angles and density of the overall deck, crown edges of the support railings, and the unique railing which were a result of patient collaboration.
