 + -1 moreI filled out the request and received a call that same morning to set up an appointment. I then received a call to say they could not come but could later in the day. They never came. I called them back to double check that I didn't misunderstand the time and have not heard from them over 3 days. If they are not responsive to an original call, I can't imagine they would be responsive to a call if you needed something done quickly.

Description of Work: We live in a sandy wooded area and have a continual problem with ants in the spring. We also have wasps and hornets that like to nest in our eaves and rafters. Jock does a great job, very thorough and at much lower cost than the advertised national company that is in the area.

 + -1 moreCalled to make an appointment for bee hive removal and spray. We set a date, but they were unable to make it. The date was reset. Upon performing the partial service they quickly left. I called the following Monday and had to leave a message inquiring as to why the job was not completed. Never received a response.
Description of Work: Asked them to remove bee hives and spray. Only the small hives were removed. They left two large hives in the same vicinity as the one removed.
