Installed an external door. Did a great job installing the frame and sealing it. Even repaired a step going up to the door. Will definitely contact again for future work.

He was very detailed about his work and wanted the job to come out perfect. He was always available to discuss any part of the project and offered helpful solutions.

Joe did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. He is very neat and organized, communicates well as to what he is doing and what we need done. He is very professional but has a great personality.. We enjoyed having him in our home. We would highly recommend his work, he cares about the customer and wants it done right.

Joe was able to start the project the day after our estimate, was quick and did a great job!

We can't speak about rate of value since we never received an itemized estimate or invoice upon our request. Everthyhing completed was excellent and he was very personalbe, we joked around and talked about many funny storeies all in good humor. Never took anything personal, however we paid cash and the next time he was to arrive to finish somthings we hired to be done were not completed and he was a no call/no show for additional projects. We requested an itemized statement, receipts and our personal credit card we gave him to purchase items needed for repairs.. We are truly concerned about him and he has not responded to texts or phone calls. We wou;d still like to finish our project, but with an explanation as to why he left. We wish him the best of luck, but are still confused about this depature especially after we gave him his first good review and then paid cash, plus daily tips for he and crew. We also kept them with drinks and food and they had free run of our home. What a gem to lose, but we still need an explanation and the itemized estimate/invoice and credit card returned.

We are unable to get in touch with him to provide us with receipts and our credit card. He did a great job and than disappeared. We hope he is okay because he called to let us know he had COVID. I can't give a good review until we hear back from him.

I had no hot water. Joe was in the area. He was kind enough to stop by and take a look at my water heater. Joe, in a matter 20 minutes, was able to analyze what the problem was and fixed it. As opposed to a company that I have been a long standing customer, could not fix after 3 visits. Should I need a new water heater, I will be calling Upstate Custom Remodels.

Joe is a hidden gem. Recently, we had to hire contractors to fo varies jobs and we are still trying to get the job corrected. Joe, on the other hand gave us quality workmanship and did exactly what he said he was going to do and in record time. Very professional, respectful and courteous. So glad that we found him and would highly recommend him. If we have any other jobs that we can't do we will call on Joe.

Joe is excellent at what he does and had great suggestions for the bathroom. I would highly recommend him for your remodeling needs.

I have had Joe doing work in my home for the past 2 years. He is the only general contractor I trust. He finished a kitchen remodel that wasn't completed by the previous contractor, has done a half bath and laundry room gut and remodel, tile flooring and backsplash work, painting, plumbing, electrical, replaced garage doors, and countless other things around my house. He is exceptional in his detail and meticulous in his work. No matter the job, he is who I call. Highly recommend for any job you need done.

Completed a full kitchen remodel for me at almost half the price of the other 2 bids i got and also came in under our set budget. Was always available when i contacted him and always had an answer to my question. Reliable, knowledgeable, consistent and trustworthy. What more could you ask for.
