 + -1 moreVery good. He kept in touch. We had a hard time getting to the house so we gave him the key so that he could come to the house himself. It was completely vacant but I trusted him with my key to come in with his son to work seven or eight hours a day. His rates were really good. I just wanted somebody I could trust that I could give a key to and he called me every day to check in so that I did not have to come down every day.
Description of Work: Painting, clean up work, and some wallpaper removal before painting.

Description of Work: Mr. Seyboth painted window and porch trim as well as shutters on our 4,000 sq. ft. Victorian. This involved scraping, priming and painting the trim of 36 windows and 3 porches as well as taking down, painting and remounting a 20ft tall, 6 ft. wide trellis. He did an excellent job and I will definitely use his services again. I also highly recommend him and his work!

Exterior staining and painting was also performed on the house. Most recent work entailed touch up following new carpet installation and furniture removal. Dave is punctual and professional. He takes pride in his work and the results show. I will hire Seyboth Painting for any future painting and recommend his services.

 + -1 moreI couldn't imagine having a nicer person to work with to make my home sparkle for spring. My home was new six years ago and every wall, counter, window, and shower that Dave worked on looks brand new again! On top of that, Dave is responsive, prompt, and is kind and gentle. I usually like to be home when workers are in my home but I trust Dave entirely to enter my home when I am away.
Description of Work: Dave repaired drywall in an archway between my living room and dining room. His work was meticulous yet efficient. The wall and archway looked "good as new" when he was done. He also repaired chalk in my tile shower. Again, it looked very fresh and tidy when he was done, as if the shower had never been used. He chalked two granite counters - again, the finish was meticulous, even though faucets gave very little clearance. Dave is nothing short of an artist! Over the four days Dave also repaired chalk at my baseboards, sanded and painted two windowsills, and sanded and painted two exterior door frames. On the last day, I asked him to change the color of an entire bedroom and not only was he pleasant about the change in plans, but he did a marvelous job despite the short time.

Description of Work: We' had Dave do 3 rooms. He is amazing, prompt, neat & very organized. After he painted the walls, I noticed that it was far from the color I provided. I purchased new paint. Dave returned the next day and repainted. He returned for a few hrs later in the week to touch up places that had needed extra mudding. We plan on having him paint several more rooms in the near future. Dave's a keeper!
