+ -1 moreKincaid's staff are great. I emailed them about my problem and they responded within a few hours with an expected time they could be on site to help. Although their schedule was booked on the promised day of service, they still fit my appointment in and made the repairs to my network that were needed to keep my company up and running.
Description of Work: Performed network diagnosis and corrected several problems causing my network to lose connection.
