IMPERIAL SEPTIC TANK SVC

We asked them to pump our septic tank. Worker came out, was poking around looking for the tank, and hit and went through what he said was the tank. He said 'your tank just collapsed, I can't pump it out, you need to get someone out here to look at it.' And left. No explanation if it was an emergency, if the septic was going to back up into the house, nothing. I called the office and they said they couldn't come to look at it until next week! Got another company out here who said it was not the tank but a distribution box. Not an emergency. Patched it until spring. Imperial really messed up; I didn't know what the problem was or if it was urgent. They left me hanging. Stay away.

John put us on the calendar and told us he would be in touch awork was completed). He came just before the appointed time and made a sketch of the work to be done for the permit with the town. Then he showed up on time, ready to go to work. He inspected the old tank and told us that is was in great shape and that it was actually a 1000 gallon tank, not a 750 gallon tank like our old service had told us. He added the new tank, taking care to do as little damage to the yard as possible. John is an "old school" kind of fellow. He treats everything like it was his own. He actually was down in the hole with a shovel, working just as hard as his helper. My bottom line is this. He is an honest guy that won't try to snow you. He under promises and over delivers. I will never go back to our old service. Turns out is is not as odorless as you would think.

Most venders just drain the septic tank, but their service cleans all of it thoroughly. They made recommendations that were informative and with the average client. They were fast and courteous. We chill be calling them again in a few years when it is time again. Highly recommended. They are better than the average cleaner!!!

It went very well. The Imperial truck showed up right on time at 8:30 a.m. The guy was friendly and knowledgeable and did a check at the end to make sure everything is working and draining properly. He took the time when finished to explain what was done and answer a few questions. The cost included the county disposal fee and digging. We will use Imperial in two years when the septic will need to be cleaned again.

Workers arrived on time, work completed quickly. The cover originally was too high - workman not paying attention, I guess - I called and griped, the owner was there himself the next day and got the cover to exactly the right level. He apologized for the workman - apparently the guy was itching to get on vacation - and offered to take a discount on the project for the annoyance to us (I paid the whole price - my decision). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
