Despite the fact that we couldn't do a complete replacement and or a permanent solution, we were able to come to terms of a moderate temporary fix due to budget constraints. Pending the professionalism and the outcome of the temporary fix would determine future business. Dave did a spectacular job, when he finished it looked better than before everything worked and you could not tell that he was even there. A real down to earth guy, enjoyed his company, I would even have a beer with him sometime. Our experiences in the construction business meshed well and we understood each other. Especially when I nailed he estimate he hadn't even quoted me at the time. I plan on using Dave again.

Dave called and showed up when expected. He analyzed the problem and explained the fix. We have one bathroom and a barely functioning toilet is not something we could put up with. Dave rebuilt the toilet and fixed the problem. It was a good turn key operation. It was pricey and if rated as a separate element price would be B. Overall pleased with workmanship and parts used. Would hire again.

Dave is a jack of all trades and a master of each of them! We couldn’t be happier that each of the tasks were accomplished so professionally and all of the work was accomplished in less than two weeks!

Fabulous and professional

Dave came in and created a new, ADA compliant (for my wife), small bathroom layout that solved a host of issues including a larger shower footprint. After seeing how well the larger shower fit, we decided to continue with all new fixtures, beadboard sheathing, crown molding, new window, and LVP flooring (see attached New Bath pics). No chasing subcontractors, it was all Dave. He also increased the water flow in the kitchen and bathroom by tuning the water pump, implementing a new crawl space plumbing design, and increased the water intake out in the lake. He offered the opportunity of re-locating the hot water heater out of the crawlspace where the old one had rusted and increasing the HW capacity. We couldn’t say yes fast enough. All of this and not one leak! Dave also identified and corrected several issues with our electrical panel when he was installing the water heater and baseboard heat. I don't often write reviews, but we were just so impressed with Dave. We were incredibly happy with his work, but what we were most impressed with was how quickly he responded and followed up with us, how competitively priced he was, and how professional and friendly he was. He listened to what we wanted, he researched requests, made recommendations, and selected quality products for our changes. We made incremental changes after we started that added to the project scope but he always sent us an estimate for those changes via email beforehand so we could formally agree or contact him to discuss any questions or changes that we had. He takes a lot of pride in his work and wants to make sure he provides you with what you want. I wish all contractors did business like this!

The project went excellent. Dave is very meticulous with his work and gets the job done the right way. He is very professional, generous and respectful. I would hire Dave for any other issue that may arise. I recommend him for anything plumbing.

David arrived at the time he indicated, he did a thorough inspection of the problem. He immediately turned off the water downstairs. He informed me that the under the sink turn off valves had failed. He replaced the turn offs. He was polite and and friendly. I have brought him back to do other repairs and would certainly hire him again.

We are grateful we found Dave to address all our plumbing needs, he was thorough and explained everything to us. He is professional and caring and did excellent work in a timely fashion.
