Description of Work: We've had our tank cleaned out twice and would get them again. This last time, after the tank was cleaned we were told we needed a new baffle, so I called to arrange that. I was quoted a price that I thought was high, but after checking on web found out it was average. Surprisingly, when the bill arrived, it was LESS than I was quoted. My only complaint is that they did not call to let us know they were coming to install the baffle; suddenly they were in the yard again. We always like some notice that service providers are coming....but they could have tried to call, so I wouldn't hold that against them!

 + 0 moreWe were pretty happy with them. They were very professional. I was home at the time they performed the service. They were on time. The service was provided speedily. They explained everything that they were doing. Besides pumping the tank, we did have to replace one of the parts inside, but the gentleman that came in showed me everything that needed to be done and sure enough the part was in need of being replaced. They did not try to convince us to replace anything else that wouldn't necessarily have to be replaced. We were very happy. The charge was as they said it would be. They were actually able to replace that part right there on the spot. They were here for about an hour and 15 minutes and we were all done and we are good for the next, however many years. We were really happy with them. They were reasonable compared to others that we had seen.
Description of Work: We had our septic tank cleaned by Charlton Septic Svc on the 4th of December. They pumped our septic tank and replaced some part.
