 + -1 moreVery well, apart from one day when a guy swore loudly at the amount of cardboard we had put out (We have just recently moved here). We like that they put the trash cans up by the garage after they're emptied and that they are a local business!

Description of Work: owners were very helpful and professional; answered all my questions; when they delivered a trashcan I didn't want, they politely replaced it. Have been punctual and return trash can + recycling bins to our house (instead of leaving them by the road)

 + -1 moreHad previously used Waste Management. When they hit us with another rate increase we shopped around for a better price. White Glove is resasonably priced, prompt and professional. My call was returned within 12 hours and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. Within a couple of days they provided us with a large receptacle and were able to start collections within the week. One of their best services is returning the trash receptacle and our 2 blue bins to the garage after emptying. We've never had this courtesy from any prior company. It's nice to not have to chase our cans and lids as they blow around in the street.
Description of Work: Weekly residential garbage and recycling pickup.

Description of Work: Friday, July 15, 2011 1:00 PM: Called to receive quote for home trash & recycling collection. Received voicemail only. Left message to return my call. Friday, July 29, 2011 Received voicemail only. Left 2nd message to return my call. Thursday, August 11, 2011 10:20 AM: Never returned my calls.
