Not great. Again, I think they would be wonderful for a small house or apartment. They just need more experience.
Description of Work: I think this company is excellent for smaller homes or apartments. Our house at 2300 sq feet was just too big for the two ladies who cleaned for us. I had to call back afterwards and request beds to be made, kitchen sink and entire rooms to be cleaned that has not been touched. I offered to pay extra for extra time, but this seemed to not be an option. I am still waiting for a $200 pre-paid credit. I was told that a check would be coming from their bank, but as of today (two weeks later), no such refund has arrived.

Sometimes as a small business owner there are situations that come up that need to be handled that are not ideal. As a new business we do appreciate all business but because our services are being requested at a growing rate, we have to hand choose our clients. In some circumstances whether employee comfort levels, improper work environment, unrealistic expectations we cannot meet within the time frame allotted, etc. we choose to end a relationship with a customer. We have over 20 regular weekly or bi-weekly customers who have over 2000 sq. ft. homes that we have no problem completing in the time frame that they choose. As requested by this customer, 3 hours was the time frame they were paying for. We complete 3 hours of work and until the proper price is paid for an upgraded amount per month, we follow a schedule unless it is requested. Like stated above, we have many clients depending on us, especially on our most requested day, Friday. We value all our clients and all of our clients time, so we cannot push back another client because of additional requests the day of service. There has been contact with this customer through mail and voicemail with no response to amount owed until this post. When we discuss the amount discrepancy brought up by the client, we will move forward in paying. We do appreciate the time clients take to give good and bad reviews that helps us understand the needs of clients and will continue to improve as we grow. Sara Victory Owner victorycs315@gmail.com
