Description of Work: They were recommended to us by our contactor I called for an estimate and they came to do it in about 4 days. They explained that they were busy but I explained that we wouldn't be ready for at last a month. He gave me the estimate for my review and I explained I would go over it with my husband and get back to them. I called the next day and left a message. I got no response. I called again in about three weeks and got no response. I looked on line to see if they had closed and called their other number. No response. We went with another company to refinish our floors.

+ 0 moreMr. Ventre quoted me a fee for repair to my hardwood floors, which I accepted. I called to ask him to contact me to schedule the work. After a week went by and I hadn't heard from him, I called again. He said he'd get back to me but never did. If he didn't want the job, he should have been courteous enough to just tell me instead of wasting my time and causing me frustration. I ended up hiring another local company that did an excellent job.

Description of Work: They were a bit difficult to get hold of initially. This seemed to be due to a heavy work load. The owner came to conduct the initial estimate for sanding and refinishing our kitchen floors. He was prompt, professional and on-time. Once hired to do the job, he and his employees arrived on-time, conscientiously covered any floors they were going to walk on in the house, and took pains to reduce dust. He stuck by his reasonable initial cost and time estimates. They did an excellent job on the floors, overall.
