Description of Work: They came in and discovered the source of a leak in my basement and also serviced my AC. I called them back soon after to service my heater. Did a great job at reasonable price.

Description of Work: They enlarged my sump pit and trenched my basement to relieve water problems. This diminished the problem substantially but the water still overflows the trench and still pools near my furnace. Other workmen who have been in the basement since felt the service was substandard and urged me not to pay the bill.

Description of Work: We had a reoccurring problem with our furnace not coming on as expected. Call Town Mechanical and their representative tested the system, discovered the problem and had it permanently fixed within an hour. Their representative was well trained, efficient and very polite. He was the third HVAC person to try to fix the problem and the first to succeed. Excellent service!

Description of Work: Arrival time was exactly as promised. We had several small jobs performed such as new shut-off valves, new plumbing hardware for cosmetic reasons and more. All were done to our expectations and we were billed exactly as estimated. There is no question I would have this company back for any future need.
