They are always on time, their price is fair, and their technicians are helpful.

The plumber was here at the stated time and installed two new frost free hose bibs as requested. He did a very good job. I've used Town Mechanical in the past and have always been pleased with the service.

Company workman showed up right on time. I had a stream of water periodically running through and along the garage floor. He checked over every possible plumbing pipe inside the wall, including the possibility that the water could be coming in from the roof chimney pipe.That possibility was explored with a neighborhood roofer and turned out not to be the problem. After looking everywhere possible, he let hot water run in the upstairs tub and finally discovered the water heater had a faulty relief valve. He was able to fix it in short order. AND, helped me rescue a baby robin that was chirping from inside a box at the back of the garage....poor little baby! TY Town Mechanical :D

Very happy with this company and will definitely use them again. The 1st quote I got from Crossman plumbing was $1000. He said it would take all day. It pays to get more than 1 estimate.

I spent a few hundred dollars on that service. They really did not get it done the first time and they had to come back and they billed me again for the service call. I wasn't really satisfied with them overall. I then tried to get them out here to give me a quote on remodeling bathrooms and I made couple of calls to get them to make the appointment. They finally made the appointment, but did not show up, so I am not paying the last bill. I would not say overall the service was excellent. Their responsiveness was lousy and I would not use them again in the future.

It went well. I wanted a new product that Rheem was just starting to sell. The delivery was a little extended because of that but I'm very happy with the product.

They were very timely, very courteous and they were very neat. I spent under $100 on that service. The pricing was very fair.

They arrived on time. Inspected the problems gave us an estimate and made the repairs. The estimate and the actual bill were spot on.

Town arrived at the scheduled time and completed the job promptly. A leak was discovered later in the week and Town quickly sent a plumber to fix it.

I have used town mechanical once a few years ago on a major plumbing leak. They did a good job then, so I figured I'd call them back when I noticed that they also work on Heating and Air equipment. Back in February when it was still very cold out, my 3-year old Ruud high efficiency furnace stopped working. It would come on but then shut back off, I diagnosed it myself to the Induced Draft Blower not turning, which should have been under warranty. Not wanting to start swapping parts myself, I called up Town mechanical and they sent out a tech who confirmed my diagnosis, managed to get the old blower running, then came back a couple days later to install the new part (which was under warranty so no cost to me, but he mentioned it would have cost about $400 had it not been warrantied!). Everything was quick and efficient, and the cost was reasonable (I believe around $80 for the initial service call, then another $80 for coming out to swap the part).

The dispatcher that I spoke to gave me some recommendations and told me that the cartridge they would be replacing would be free of charge because they are an authorized Moen distributer. The cartridge would have been $45 to $50 but I only had to pay for the labor.

The electrician was at the house within a few minutes of scheduled time. He worked straight through till job was finished. Asked permission to play his radio while he was working and cleaned up area very well when finished. The only slight problem with the whole job was getting the inspector out to inspect the finished work. The guy they normally hire for that for some reason was not responding to their requests to do the job. After a couple failed attempts they contacted another inspector who came out after a few days and gave the work a passing grade.

Excellent company, installers were professional, ON TIME (big one in my book) and very polite whenever they had to come upstairs to install/check the thermostats. The site was left very clean whenever they left for the night. They made sure we had heat for Thanksgiving and even worked a half day the day after T-giving. The price for the furnace etc was comparable to other companies, we went with this company because 1) they were local; 2) their repairman responded quickly when our original furnace gave out and was able to fix it so we would have heat and 3) they offered top of the line materials and products. If you're going to spend the money - may as well get the best...

Company very responsive to our after-hours call. Service man was professional in his conduct and manner and came out immediately to help us. He was very helpful and had the right part with him to restore our heat.

overall a good experience. quick, accurate diagnosis and repair of the problem and two reasonable options were offered. the two plumbers were friendly and professional. my only minor complaints - i was given a time window of one hour - he showed up a half hour after the end of the time window. i think a call letting me know he was running late would have been appropriate. also - for each visit, the plumber was here for between 30 and 45 minutes. but they charged me 15 minutes travel time even though they are less than 5 minutes drive, and rounded each visit up to 1 hour. so i had about 1hr20min work and 10 minutes travel (i.e. 1.5 hours) and was charged for two hours, at $85/hr.

I am very satisfied with the work performed.

After another contractor failed to do work to get us an occupancy permit they were called and came out on very short order. They corrected plumbing errors on one visit. Electrical corrections took a few trips due to inspector not finding all the mistakes on the first visits. The man doing the work did not get upset when he had to change somethings after the inspector more or less changed how he thought things should be done. I feel the cost to do the work was reasonable due to the fact they had to do it after walls and floors were all finished off making access much harder than if done properly in the first place. As I recall the men working showed up within a few minutes of when they said they would and tried their best to not make a mess while doing work.

Great overall, quick response to my call even on a Sunday. I was charged an extra $85 for "after-hours" service, which isn't unreasonable.
