Description of Work: The vanity lights in the bathroom fell off the wall. He came and fixed it that evening. He was punctual and friendly. I would call him again and recommend him. He has also done work for a friend and she says wonderful things about him.

Description of Work: Water was dripping from our kitchen faucet unit. Richard found the problem and gave us an option of trying to find a gasket that might stop the leak or buying a new faucet. He went with us to Home Depot and we checked out the availablity of appropriate gaskets and the cost and style of a new unit. We decided on a new unit,which Richard installed within a few hours. His charge was $90, the balance was our cost for purchasing the unit. We were very pleased with our experience and will call him in the future.

 + -1 moreHe is a very unique individual. He teaches a lot of classes. He is brilliant. He is incredibly honest. Money is not an issue; the quality of his work is the issue. His prices are fair and he is reliable. He is just so great and he is a good person.
