Floors looked good but never finished the quarter rounds for the 3rooms n hallway

The refinishing was done perfectly and on time. Areas of improvement for the future would be sealing the HVAC ducts to prevent sand dust from getting to the air blower and not removing the HVAC filter, and not using sinks taped with labels warning against it.

It couldn’t have gone better— from the initial estimate -the-job appt to the actual work being completed today-5 prompt, friendly, hardworking, task-oriented, professionals completing the job — all three rooms— in about 6 hours. So well done! P.D. Cowen completed a different hardwood flooring project in my precious house about 5 years ago— the same skill and positive result then, too—In fact, they did such an excellent job the first time, I went straight back to Pat Cowen this time— never even considered another business to do the job. Pat and his employees were absolutely extraordinary! They were efficient, friendly, accommodating, and exceptionally hard-working!! Excellent, Pat was attentive to every detail and offered me some nice suggestions. They cleaned up very well after the work was done. I had them do this work when we were out of town and I felt they were trustworthy. The floors came out beautiful. It was a great way to end a vacation coming home to see the place looking so nice.

This is the third time I've used Pat and his crew to install or refinish floors. The first time was to refinish my hardwood floors and the second to install luxury vinyl flooring. We also hired P.d. Cowen Hardwoods to refinish the entire downstairs hardwoods at my son's home. The floors look amazing and I would absolutely recommend them to others.

The installers (Joe and Jerry) did a fantastic job! Going the distance to make this install perfect. Punctual and great communication, No detail was overlooked and they accommodated every request we made. After the job was finished they left our house clean and removed all debris. PERFECT!

This company is spectacular! Patrick came and measured for the project and I was very impressed with his knowledge and his willingness to answer ALL my questions. Professional, courteous, punctual, meticulous!!!! Jerry and Joe were the installers for this project and they couldn’t have been more polite or accommodating. I very highly recommend P.D. Pat and his team did a tremendous job fixing our floor! We had to have an entire new floor replaced by the former company we hired. They only took three days to remove and replace! His staff was professional and friendly and on time everyday! They clearly take pride in their craft and we really enjoy our beautiful floors!

We had purchased flooring through Lumber Liquidators and Pat's company were the installers. Shortly after they started the installation it was found that there was a problem with the product. I wouldn't have noticed unless it was brought to my attention. Pat came over and told us our options. He even met us at Lumber Liquidators to make sure that we would be taken care of. Pat's team came back shortly after to lay down the replacement flooring. We Love it!! His whole team are very professional, prompt and their quality is the best. They cleaned up so fast that you wouldn't have known they were there!! I would recommend P.D. Cowen Hardwoods for any of your flooring needs!!

From start to finish, the process was an overall great experience. Pat came initially to do the estimate, helped with advising on flooring options, and recommendations for install. The team that came to install (Tom, Carlos, Chase, and all) did an outstanding job! From carpet/padding/nail removal, to precision installation of the luxury vinyl planks and all moldings was done to an extremely high level. Pictured is a sample of what the place looked like before, and then the after. Amazing transformation, and definitely better than my original idea of refinishing all floors. I would definitely recommend this company to take care of all of your flooring needs. Top notch outfit from all angles. Bravo guys!

The entire process went extremely well. Pat (the owner) walked us through various flooring options and their strengths and weaknesses. Once we selected the flooring Pat was able to help in getting us a good deal on the materials from Lowe's. The installation crew was top notch, very professional and took great care in making sure the floors looked great. We would 100% recommend to anybody.

Very professional. Pat asked several times during the quote process if I had any questions, and made sure I understood everything. Harwood floor refinishing was beautiful, done on time and no dust. The business owner is very accessible, communication was outstanding.

It went better than I had expected. The crew was right on time and gave me some great professional opinions on some of the work I had questions about. In fact they were able to save us some money based on their professional experience. The 3 of them worked so well together that they finished the job quicker than anticipated. They made sure that all the trash, carpet, and matting was loaded up and hauled off. They cleaned up so great outside where they had been working you couldn't even tell they were there. I would recommend this company to ANYONE that needs any type of flooring work done. I have no doubt that you will be just as pleased as we are.

Work was performed exceptionally fast and very adequate. Employees worked diligently and appeared to be very motivated and knowledgeable. Employees were a pleasure to have do the job. Owner, Pat was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs and always returned messages and answered questions in a timely fashion.

The work was prescheduled in both circumstances to accommodate our schedules. The crew arrived on time and work was completed in one day to our surprise. The workers were courteous and professional.
