Description of Work: Salesperson, in hindsight, did not provide us with information that provided us with the information needed to make an informed decision on a hot tub. We purchased a hot tub that was not up to the standards that we expected.

Description of Work: Scheduling is a disaster with this company. The attitude of the service department is based on "you need us more than we need you." Overpriced, less than knowledgeable and scheduling challenged - all with an attitude. Save yourself the time and hassle - look to any other pool provider.

Each team that performed their part of the job was professional, punctual, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Their workers are very experienced and know what they are doing. They are prompt to return phone calls and very willing to help pool novices learn how to care for the pool and it's equipment. Our pool turned out perfect and i definitely recommend this company..
