 + -1 moreExcellent! We were certainly concerned when the water started to rise and the pump did not turn on. A quick check on Angie's List for a highly rated plumber led us to call Mike at Jerry's Plumbing and Heating. He returned our call quickly, came over immediately and replaced the pump in a short amount of time. It helped that we had a back up pump on hand. I might add that he did all this while we were talking to him from out of town.
Description of Work: We needed the sump pump replaced in our basement.

 + -1 moreI called Jerry's plumbing yesterday and received a return call within one hour as they were working on a job about 30 minutes from my home.They told me once they completed the job the would stop by to evulate my issues which they did that day.We scheduled a 9:00 am appointment for the following day.Prompt, professional and a delight to have in my home to replace an keaky sillcock.Mike the son of Jerry's plumbing was very informative on what he was doing and how it was done.As Mike completed the job I asked him about another issue which was my kitchen faucet as it seem plugged up. He also cleaned out the faucet which now works excellent. The experience was excellent. Polite, pleasent and clean. Jerry's Plumbing and Heating was excellent and I plan to use them in the future. Very honest company and reasonable priced.
Description of Work: Replaced a leaky outside sillcock.Jerry Gray and son Mike where excellent.

Description of Work: I use Jerry's Plumbing & Heating if I have any plumbing problems. I used him three weeks ago because the drain in my upstairs tank didn't close so he put in a new drain and hooked it up to where it had to be.

 + -1 moreJerry's is not taking you to the cleaners when he comes, he is honest and trustworthy. He will not do things that you do not need. He provides excellent service and is very competent.
Description of Work: Jerry's put in a new water heater last year. He has also fixed a leak in our sink and a plugged drain.
