Description of Work: I called them for information on installing a new air conditioning unit. Upon inspection of my furnace, they found that it was leaking carbon monoxide and was still under warranty. They installed the new furnace for just the cost of installation, and also installed the new central air. I was extremely pleased with everything. As for the quality, it has only been less than one month so I could not comment on that. I highly recommend this company for any of your air conditioning or heating needs. They're great!

Description of Work: We had Rob Higgs from Hill's come to evaluate our heating system as we had been having problems for about 2 months. Rob did a thorough evaluation asking me questions about the current system and checking the rooms in the house as regards heating vents and air returns. Rob then sat down with me and went over what he believed the problem to be and how to fix it. We then walked in the basement so he could better explain his proposals. Rob told me that where the furnace was presently made it difficult for the heat to reach all rooms. He suggested that the furnace should be in the center of the basement or, at least, moved a few feet towards the center. This would not be feasible for us because the center of the basement would be in the middle of the basement game room and because of the cost. Rob was very professional at all times. We chose not to go with his company because they could not provide us with the 6 month interest-free financing we wanted.

Description of Work: Installed new furnace. set up new furnace. performed all checks and tests required for usage. Rob was very professional, most happy to assist me. Always as my emails in a timely manner. Installation team arrived on time, Proceeded to remove the old furnace. Installation was completed in the defined time line.
