Crystal Clear Window Cleaning

one of the worst experiences of my life. I hired Jim and his crew to completed a outside house cleaning, gutter cleaning ect. Part of my $600 verbal contract was tree trimming of overhanging branches over the house. When he was here I also asked him if his crew would trim my smoke bush down. Instead of trimming the smoke bush they proceeded to completely destroy my beautiful birch tree that we have enjoyed for 23 years, killing it. I was working in my office before I realized what was happening but it was too late. My wife was in tears when she saw what they had done, watching the birds flying around confused was heartbreaking. Jim was initially upset his crew but then lashed out at me in frustration. It was truly unreal. he that I was trying to "screw him over" He called me condesending later never truly apologizing not once! ... He never offered to plant another tree or anything just told me that I told his crew to day that, funny because he was there when I told them to trim the smoke bush.. He wanted to fix it by decreasing the cost, but I told him to just go ahead and cash the original check which he did of course. $200 would not replace the damage that they did, the money was irrelevant. probably the worst experience I have ever had in any business transaction. BE AWARE

They did great- windows look fantastic and they were in and out in about 2 hours. We have 25+ windows and now they’re Crystal Clear!!👍

This is the third year Jim and his crew provided this service for me. I can't recommend them highly enough. They're efficient and thorough and a pleasure to work with. They arrived exactly on time, got right to work, and were done in two hours. There's no question I'll hire them again next year.

Jim and his crew were awesome. They were very professional and went above and beyond what other window cleaners would do. They also cleaned my gutters in a couple of spots that were stained with black, cleaned my exterior lights next to my doorway, one slider screen door, garage door and cleaned my whole garage door plus 37 windows on my ranch home. They were on time and their price was very reasonable. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

Every window when they left was crystal clear and if they went by a mirror or even the Sauna they cleaned it. They were very professional, efficient and courteous.Jim is very knowledgeable on many things. Highly recommended and we will be a repeat customer.

It went Awesome, very nice workers, arrived on time and very fair price for the time spent and job done. My windows look new again and no more back-ups in my gutters or down spouts. Would hire again and recommend to those looking to have similar job done.

They did a fabulous job. They even cleaned the glass outside lights and lamp post. I definitely would recommend them!

James Delpha came to clean my windows on short notice. I called him on Wednesday for a job I wanted done before Sunday. He said he would try to fit me in on Friday. He came on Friday with his crew. They were very efficient and professional. They did an excellent job.

We hired Crystal Clear Window Cleaners to wash our windows inside and outside. The company was fabulous! Jim and his crew where on time and very particular about how they wash windows. They washed each window, the window sills, the tracks and did the same on our patio doors and also our front/back doors. The GARAGE DOORS were done inside and out too. Wonderful ! The owner Jim was overseeing the progress of each guy and making sure the window was perfect before they moved to another area. They cleaned up around every area when they finished. The view out our windows were amazing clear and I'm writing this review 4 weeks later and the windows still sparkle ! Thanks so much Jim and Crew for such a great job!

Excluding the owner, there were 8 guys in the crew. They arrived around 8:15am and left by 11:30am. They were very professional and tidied up after cleaning the inside windows which were not washed for a long time. The owner John was constantly checking to make sure the windows were cleaned properly and provided coordination of the tasks (washing screens, washing windows, etc). They even wiped down the exterior lamp lights while carefully avoiding a couple that had nests in them. This was a very hard working crew. I was very happy with their work and plan to use them again in the fall.

Crystal Clear didn't show up on the day they said they would. When I called, Jim, the owner, told me they'd come a different day. They didn't show up again. After two weeks I called again only to be told they weren't interested in the job. It was a frustrating experience. The company and its communication practices are extremely unprofessional.

Jim and his guys were great. His communication was excellent from start to finish. They showed up on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend Jim and will be using his services again in the future.

They arrived a little early and got right to work. Owners showed 2 of my screens were previously broken and advised where to get them fixed locally; said he would reinstall them at no charge when they were repaired, which he did. They did a WONDERFUL job, even hand cleaning the screens and cleaning my garage door (included in job). A tad pricey but you get what you pay for. I'll hire them again in the spring for inside/out job

Jim was fantastic. Worked Saturday with crew to clean all windows. Cleaned windows in and out, screens. Wiped down sills and garage doors. Did a perfect job, friendly and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

We have over 80 windows, and the job they did was incredible! They look better than they ever have!! They were very professional & hardworking. Approx 6 guys working, including the owner. Arrived when promised. They took their shoes off when inside and put down towels to protect the floors. Each window was personally inspected by the owner to make sure they were cleaned thoroughly. Not only did they do windows, but the sills too. The results were amazing! HIGHLY Recommend

It was a very comprehensive window cleaning job. I felt they really exceeded my expectations. They were dependable and I'll have them again.
