It is a one man mobile service. It was very reasonably priced. He was also prompt and professional. I was very happy with the service.

Mike came out within a couple days of my calling to repair my snowblower and has done the same in the past with regard to my riding mower. He was quick to find the problem, correct it and give me a thorough explanation and recommendation for preventative care to my equipment.

I blew out the engine in my snowblower. He only charged me for coming out and looking it over. I have Mike come over twice a year to condition my snow blower and my lawn mower (getting one ready for the season, putting the other one "to sleep" for the just completed season.) Again, I cannot recommend him highly enough. HIRE HIM!

Mike came when he said he would to repair my snowblower. Cost was reasonable.

I purchased a used Toto self-propelled lawnmower on Craigslist, and after doing a complete tune up, cleaning, lube, and replacing some worn parts, I couldn't get the mower to spark/start. Called Mike, and as expected he called back shortly after and made an appointment for the following day. He called 20 minutes before arriving and showed up on time. He checked out the mower, quickly determined what the problem was, and solved the starting issue in less than 15 minutes. Apparently, while transporting the mower in the trunk of my car, I had bent the brake cable bracket so there was not enough tension on the cable and brake bar to allow the engine to fire properly. I was so pleased that it wasn't anything more serious, AND how reasonable the repair cost was for Mike to make a housecall. I had Mike come out in December to work on my snowblower, and would recommend him to everyone! He is outstanding, very professional, and always goes the extra distance to explain what the problem is and what needs to be done.

Mike was very professional and fixed the problem with my lawnmower that just stopped working all of a sudden. I put a new spark plug in and that wasn't the problem. Called Mike, left a message and he was very prompt in returning the call. Made an appointment and he showed up right on time. He asked me some questions and within 20 minutes he had fixed the mower. He put new gas in, did an oil change and cleaned out the carberator. Explained the proper care of gas and the gas can. Works great!

Mike explained the problem (clogged carburetor) and went over the whole mower. Installed a new air filter cleaned up the housing and it runs like new! So much more convenient having the repair done right at my home and fixed within the week vs. over a month at the Liverpool shop. I know who I will call for any further mower or snowblower issues!

We highly recommend Mike at CNY Lawn and Snow Repair. We left a message for him, and he called us back the same day and made an appointment for the following day. He called my cell phone 20 minutes before arriving so I had time to leave my office and return home to meet him. We arrived at my house almost at the same time, so there was no wait time (something that Time Warner should learn from!). Very punctual! He worked quickly, explaining each step as he went, and he provided excellent advice on what grade oil we should use, how to store the snow blower in summer, the best method of avoiding fuel issues, etc. He was professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced. One thing I really respected, is that he initially said that our snow blower "might" need a new carburator. But instead of going ahead and installing it and charging us another $160....he got our snow blower running pretty well, and said that we should run a tank of gas through, and IF we had problems...only THEN he would come back and put in a new carb. That was VERY appreciated. How many repair services do that????

He came to my house to fix the cord on my snow blower. He also did a tuneup.
