Description of Work: They changed out my fuse box for 2 break box panels. Tom was the one to do my estimate and the one to do the work. Very personable. Arrived and finished work exactly when they stated. I can't tell you enough how great their customer service was and I will absolutely use them Again for any future needs! They were the first of 3 estimates I got before getting the work done and they were the most reasonably priced!

+ -1 moreThe receptionist, scheduler and electrician were personal, cheerful and friendly. The electrician was able to come before the scheduled time since he was nearby on his previous call. He performed the simple procedure with ease, impressing me with his miniature crank style small screw driver that he used with speed and precision to mount the new switch and face plate! They've won a new customer for any future electrical work.
Description of Work: Had to replace a failed 3-way electrical wall switch in my bathroom.

+ -1 moreThe only slight problem was regarding the inspection after work was done. The outfit they normally use to do the inspections for some reason was not replying to the requests for the inspection. After a couple failures to get a reply they contracted with another outfit and they came out and did the inspection, passed with no problems.
Description of Work: They replaced an electrical circuit breaker panel for our house. This was a large one due to being a 100% electric house. The man doing the work was friendly and even asked if it was okay to play his radio while he was working. Left basement at least as clean as it was when he started.
