Description of Work: Replaced glass for 5 double-pane, crank-out casement windows. On one window, a top-to-bottom crack appeared on the interior pane of glass when the weather first turned cold, approximately 7 months after installation. Windows had not been opened in months, nor did anything strike the interior glass. We were told Baldwinsville Glass only guarantees the seal. We had hoped they would at least inspect the glass and possibly offer a discounted price for its replacement. Nothing was offered. In addition, another window was not properly reinstalled and until we added some weather seal to it, it leaked a tremendous amount of air from outside, a condition we did not have before they removed and reinstalled the window with the glass replacement. I cannot recommend this company nor will we ever use them again.

 + -1 moreThe woman that owns the place is the person to answer the phone. I had an issue with a broken window in an inside door and she was extremely helpful and honest. I had had issues with another provider that wanted to charge me for way more than I needed to get done. I just liked the friendliness and honesty of this person.
Description of Work: I had an aluminum window that needed a rubber seal to be replaced.
