Absolute Detail & Wash

I'm not sure where to begin. As a repeat customer I thought I would receive the customer service and quality work that I had come to expect, only to be horribly disappointed by the business owner's behavior and actions. I arrived promptly at the business location a few minutes before the owner arrived. Upon his arrival at 9 AM, the owner pulled into the closest parking spot to the door which was clearly marked as "handicapped parking" despite no display of hang tags in his car, or obvious physical disability. Upon entering the business, the owner appeared quite anxious and immediately told me that he was the only one working that day and that he had 4 cars scheduled to be detailed. I sympathized and agreed to pick up my vehicle at 4 PM or later to give him as much flexibility as he required. Upon my return around 4:30 PM that same day I noticed my vehicle gleaming with a beautiful shine. I checked in and paid the owner for his work. When I got into my vehicle I immediately noticed that the carpets and mats were clean and the glass had clearly been cleaned nicely. However, there was still grease and dirt on each interior door panel on the armrest and handhold used to close the door. I went back inside to tell the owner that the vehicle looked great but that there was obvious dirt and grime in the door panels that had not been cleaned. I assumed this would be no more than a 5-10 minute touch up and then I could be on my way. Unfortunately, that's when the owner became visibly upset and exhibited extremely unprofessional behavior. The owner told me that he refused to look at the issue and that he had no intention of addressing it at all. He then stated that I didn't pay enough for his services because I had ordered using Groupon. I had already done my due diligence prior to ordering by calling the business to inquire about their advertisement at Groupon and was told it was equivalent to their 'Silver' package listed on the business web site. The owner further elaborated that he makes $6,000/day detailing cars for local car dealerships and that he didn't need my business anyway. He then walked away and told me to have a good day quite dismissively. I went outside, took pics of the dirty door panels and other issues that I found. As I sat in the vehicle that I drove to pick up, the owner came outside and asked if I planned on having him detail the vehicle I was sitting in too. I replied that I had no intention of ever doing business with him again. The owner then said "suck my dick" and pointed to his vehicle parked in the handicapped space and said "I have a $40,000 car, why do I need your business?" He then threatened me and invited me to step back inside his business in order to fight him so that we wouldn't be recorded by his outdoor camera. I prefer to write glowing reviews of my positive experiences with local businesses. As a small business owner I know how hard it is to establish word of mouth credibility so I do my part to let others know when I receive great service. I hope anyone who considers doing business with Absolute Detail and Wash will be wary due to the awful experience that I had there today.

The car looks like it came off the showroom floor! My girlfriend found out about these guys and they were highly recommended by someone at work. I was skeptical, first because she is over the top picky and I feel it a bit of a waste to pay someone else to "wash" your vehicle. She was super impressed at the job they did and I thought it looked pretty good at first. Then I got in her car a week later and the thing still looks like she got it yesterday from the dealership. I went on today to schedule my truck because I am so impressed with how it still looks. When she went to pick it up they want to come out with you to look over the vehicle. If you or them see any missed spots they address it on the spot. I think they are a bit cheaper than their competition across the street and I know they do a far superior job! AAA+

My auto looked and smelled like new when I picked it up. They even buffed out some scuffs for me that I didn't even know existed. Very pleased with the service and will definitely return. Highly recommend. My significant other is also interested in getting his SUV done.

cleaned my very dirty Hyundai Tuscon very well. Vacuumed and dusted inside. Did windows inside and out. Hand washed and dried SUV and did wheels with special equipment. Looked great.

Really great. Kevin is a great guy. It took about three hours. He drove me home and picked me up. Most important,my car looks amazing, plus it has a layer of protection from the salt. If you are going to get your car done, get it done here.

His service was excellent, and he was very accommodating with the time. I am very happy to give him the recommendation.

Kevin cleaned and polished my very cloudy headlights, and they look great! My 11-year-old Subaru has 200,000+ miles, so those headlights had seen a lot of highway, and now they look like new. The price was reasonable, and the job took only a half hour.
