Everything was great! Dan was excellent about communication and doing what he said he would do. He returned phone calls, showed up when he said he would, and took care of whatever problems came up. Overall, we are very happy.

Dan did a great job! He power washed my large exterior decks, replaced some rotted wood and stained it. He cleaned up the area and the exterior of my house is transformed!!

A&D property services made it clear and easy to inquire and book a service from general remodeling to pressure washing. They got me in within a couple of days and he called me ahead of time to give me a heads up on arrival time. Dan pressure washed my house and did a thorough and great job. He made sure to put everything back where it belonged. I recommend them for doing a good job while being easy to work and communicate with!
