I hired them to repair my double panel double hung windows back to Sept. 2017. At that time, I didn't know any better. Now I realized I have been scammed on the following ways: - he charged me per glass instead of per window. Therefore, I was double charged on the repair. - he told me he could clean the inside glass, refill the gas, then seal it, and my windows will work as new for years. Now I learned that because the frame of my windows are crooked, you can't seal it or the seal will break again very soon. In fact, the seal broke in less than 6 months. - He promised 2 years warranty on the repair. However, on the contract, he didn't specify which glasses he has repaired. When I questioned it, he responded "I will will know when I look at them". Now I know why he didn't need to specify which windowed he has repaired - because he never intended to honor the warranty. After I found worse condensation on my windows only a few months after the repair, I called him, he never picked up the calls or returned the calls. I have thrown my hard earned money to the toilet by hiring this company. I am sharing my experience with you, so you can avoid falling into same trap as me.

Went very well from start to finish. Excellent service. The owner understood the job well, and set up the appointment for shortly thereafter. Emi and his co-worker were prompt and very capable. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were very professional, pleasant, and accommodating. The windows look good. Would definitely recommend using this company - a smooth, seamless experience.

It went very well! Ed is a professional, and a perfectionist who wouldn't leave the job until it was complete and perfect. I priced it out with others and he was very competitive. Highly recommended.
