Susan from Rhino Shield/ L.I. Coatings was very responsive and here staff was professional. Each time I had a concern/ question about my project it was answered promptly by Susan and/ or hare staff. I would use again, but I hope I do not need to for 25 years (my warrantee period)

I had Susan Tsafa out to my home and she quoted the work and stuck to the agreement after a very good presentation of her product. With the work that was completed I received a 25 year warranty from the date of completion. Susan is totally available to you during the process and she returns yours calls. She even calls every evening to make sure the process is going well. They did a superb job, they were clean and neat. She even puts a port a potty so they didn't have to use your home. The crew of 4 people were there for about 2 weekand they were great and cleaned up after themselves. They were amiable to do any small adjustment that you as a customer may want done
