+ -1 moreAs I explained, I was not happy.
Description of Work: I asked them to come clean after having construction done on my house. (2 floors). They came on time and started working. Although the estimate was for 4 hours, it took them longer and obviously cost a lot more. I also noticed that they didn't really clean the floors, they vaccuumed and damp mopped. The rug in my daughters room was left on her bed, and the corners of the bathroom still had construction dirt and dust in it. Overall, It was a fair but not great job. As a single mother of 2 I was looking for something that would give me a deep clean (which is what they charged me for, but I didn't get it.)

+ -1 moreThey called a day ahead and gave me a time that they would arrive. I received a much appreciated phone call from them that day that they were running late, and I told them that I had only a limited amount of time to stay at home that day. They arrived, looked at the size of the house and told me HONESTLY that they could not complete the task in the time that remained. We made an appointment for the next morning, they arrived promptly and did a beautiful cleaning job. They are thorough and honest. I've been pleased with their service. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their phone calls and honesty.
