Description of Work: Technician arrived on time. My carpets are older and worn, I was not expecting much, however, after the cleaning I was quite happy with the out come. I definitely saw a remarkable difference in the appearance of the carpet. I think I can get another year of usage from them.

Description of Work: Cleaned two rooms of carpet. Telephone conversation prior to work assured me that moving a love seat , chair and wardrobe could be moved to assure proper cleaning. Day of service . Serviceman was aggravated that he had to navigate over snow at curb, then was not agreeable to moving items, so carpet could not and was not cleaned thoroughly . Carpet stains were still there after it dried and had to rewash some areas of carpet . I would not use this company in future .
