Description of Work: Vinnie was prompt, reliable, responsive and thorough. He did a great job on two upholstered chairs and a rug. The chairs had been done previously by another company and the stains did not come out. When Vinnie redid them, the stains were gone. I would recommend him.

Description of Work: I purchased a pre-paid deal to clean an 8 x 10 carpet. The carpet I needed cleaned was much smaller than that size. Some of the soil stains did come out. Provider asked for an additional $40 to clean a second small carpet. Also, less than hoped for result. Maybe I expected too much.

Description of Work: Deep cleaned carpet in basement and stairs, as well as a large area rug, runner and another set of stairs. Vinny was friendly and punctual. He called when he was on his way, which I really appreciate. His prices were substantially lower then competitors and I was impressed with his knowledge and work ethic.

Description of Work: With coupon purchased for one couch, I had a total of 2 couches cleaned. Vincent was very responsive, very accommodating when making the appt, he showed exactly when he said he would, told me exactly what to expect before he began and worked very efficiently. The couches were donated. I didn't expect them to look brand new but they look so much better than before. Vincent couldn't do much for the spots where the fabric was worn, but he was able to get out the major stains...and they smell great!

He went out of his way to explain what he would do and the cost was what he estimated over the phone, no hidden charges. He went out of his way to clean by hand where the carpet meets the wood work and took his time to remove any stains. I will welcome Vincent back in the future with no reservations. He also gave me a complimentary bottle of stain remover.

+ -1 moreVinny was very professional when I spoke to him before I decided to use him. He gave me a price range as an estimate which he honored. He suggested I have the carpets cleaned on a sunny day and even checked the weather report for me. He also suggested a morning appointment so that there would be plenty of time for the carpet to dry. Vinny called the night before he was due to come to my home to confirm the time he would get there. He called again when he was 15 minutes away from my house. Upon arrival, he explained the different products that he could use, the prices for each, and even had me check out the scent of the cleaner before using it. I decided to use "green" products and have the rugs sprayed to prevent allergens from affecting me. My carpets, including stains, are now very clean. He actually showed me the water as he poured it from the rug cleaning machine and a lot of soil was removed. Throughout the whole process he was polite and pleasant. The professional manner in which he performed his work made me feel confident that the job would be done well. I would use his service again.

+ 0 moreI was very satisfied with the service. Vincent was very courteous, punctual, and professional, as well as pleasant to be around. His price was incredibly reasonable and I'm very happy with the efficiency of the cleaning of the staircase, it looks far better than it did when he arrived.
Description of Work: He provided cleaning for three rugs, a hallway and a staircase (13 stairs), as well as cleaned a platform between the stairs and an additional staircase. On the second level of my home, he cleaned a bedroom, another part of an additional bedroom, as well as the dining area and carpeting running down the stairs that consisted of indoor/outdoor material. He also cleaned a spot in the closet.
