Horrible experience,unreliable and unprofessional
Description of Work: Found this person in the yellow pages advertised as Tony's Artistic Roofing, mistake number one,called him and arranged an appointment, he came looked at my roof,and gave me an estimate, to repair some areas- joints that were suspected of being the cause of leaks in the kitchen, he gave a date and a time for the following week,he never showed up and did not call to cancel, I called and left several messages but he did not return my calls, very unprofessional, still it could have been worse, the person that I subsequently got in for the work was much more honest, he told me that I did not need a new roof, (Tony had made it seem like my whole roof was in need of a pretty urgent replacement).And I consider myself lucky to have gotten off with just the inconvenience of scrambling to get another roofer and the unnecessary extra damage caused by the fact that it rained again during this period.

THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK AND CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. THEY DID WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE WORK WAS DONE EXACTLY AS I HAD ASKED THEM TO DO.
