Anthony did a great job fixing my leaky pipes. He was knowledgeable, polite and reliable. I will recommend him to my friends and use him again if i have any plumbing issues.

The arrived quickly and ontime. The are great to work with but they are a bit on the pricier side. I paid $270.00 for them to snake the main trap and another drain.

He took care of it right away. No issues.

Very nice, professional. Arrived quickly on a weekend. I had water seeping up into my basement over an area with broken sewage line. This has happened twice before, and unclogging sewer main usually worked to resolve the problem. He and ran auger out through sewage line, but no clog encountered. Water continued to seep up. He insisted that water was running through the main, and there was no clog. I insisted that it made no sense that a low pressure system that works on gravity to drain water, would have water coming up through floor if there was no clog. He accommodated me by running line through again. Still no clog encountered. All ok until this point. Then he suggested we fix the broken (leaking) pipe by digging up floor - between $2200 and $3200. I called a different service - they came and pointed out that the water was not actually coming up from the floor, but leaking out of a nearby water heater - I hadn't noticed that. So on top of the $250 I paid Anthony, another $100 wasted on a needles house call. So, guess it was my fault for just asking him to unclog main, but when it didn't work, he should have thought it through a little bit. Probably ok for straight forward jobs, but he was going to charge me thousands for a job that would not have fixed the problem.

Once again, contacted me very quickly and set up an in home consultation. Told me exactly what needed to be done along with a quote for the job. Called them back a few weeks later when I was ready to do the work and they were at my house the next morning. Worked quickly and efficiently. 100% recommended.

I still require a copy of the plumber's insurance coverage to fulfill requirements of my co-op board, in addition to the licensing information that was provided upon request.

Make sure you get everything in writing. My pluming emergency started the night before when I noticed the ceiling on the main floor was wet & dripping. I opened up the ceiling and noticed one of the pipes leaking, but couldn't tell for sure which one. I then went upstairs to the bathroom above, and noticed a small drip from the hot water valve under the sink. I knew all the pipes were old, that there was calcium buildup & I should have addressed this several months ago so I won't have any issues down the road. Too late for that! So once I started closing the valve to stop the drip, the screw split and all this water started gushing out. I was not able to shut off the valve to stop the water and the main water valve in the basement was too tight for me to close off. Not able to find an emergency plumber in the middle of the night, I had no choice but to call the fire dept, which they were able to shut off the water after about 30mins. We had tons of water damage everywhere. They told me the main water valve was extremely hard to turn off, was very old, & might need to be looked into too. Next morning, and with no water in the house, I started calling plumbers. Could not find anyone to come the same day, so I used HomeAdvisor and they got me in touch w Anthony who was able to come the same day. He showed up at 11:30am as he told me he will, which was great. When he arrived, i explained the situation, and told him several times exactly what I wanted done. To put in all new plumbing from the wall to the sink in the bathroom, including the drain pipe and the hot/cold water valves, so I would have an all new system and don't have to worry by only just fixing the actual leak at the hot water valve. He also opened up the ceiling alittle bit more on the main floor to see exactly where the leak was coming from, and recommended replacing the galvanized pipe to a pvc pipe to match the bathroom drain pipe upstairs that I wanted replaced. He was also suppose to look into the issue with the main water valve in the basement. All this for $1200, which I agreed. I knew it was a lot, but I was desperate and I knew that he will be replacing everything, so I won't have any more worries down the road. He started the work, & after some point I noticed that he hasn't replaced the pipe from the ceiling that leads to the bathroom drain pipe upstairs. I questioned it, and he told me it's not necessary and the leak has been found. After 4 hours of just replacing the pipes under the bathroom sink, he was finished. Afterwards, I regretted it so much that I actually paid him the $1200, and he only did half the job. Later on, I had noticed that he actually didn't even replace all the pipes/valves under the sink. The pipes that connects directly to the faucet was the same old ones, he had only replaced the drain pipe and hot/cold water shut off valves. So my biggest disappointment was that he never replaced the galvanized pipe to a pvc pipe from the ceiling that leads
