I put the request out on HomeAdvisor at about 845 on a Saturday and they called me immediately and said the service man would be there at 12 o’clock. They called me at 12 o’clock to say he would be here in 10 minutes and he was. We thought we had a leak but it turned out there was a back up in that tub, so it needed to be snaked. Unfortunately, my husband did not ask how much it would be before the work was done and afterward they told him $250, which we thought was exorbitant. It is his fault though for not asking in advance I guess. When he said something about it they did take off $50 which was nice. Still a lot of money.

Very knowledgeable and prompt. Even came back on to put out garbage for pick up.

Anthony showed up on time which I truly appreciated. He diagnosed the problem, and explained thoroughly what repairs were to be made. he did a great job repairing the pipes and resetting the toilet. He and his assistant also did a good job cleaning up after the work was completed.

We had an emergency in a basement bathroom, just as a guest was coming over. My plumber was unavailable so I reached out to this company via HomeAdvisor (first time user). They had an open appointment for 4:30pm today. I put in the inquiry around 2:20pm. They called me immediately and said they could send someone in 10-15 minutes. My husband said Anthony arrived minutes later, assessed the issue and did an amazing job! Anthony found that past guests had put paper towel, tampons and other stuff that stopped up our pump and damaged the pipe. He replaced the pump, the pipe, the check valve and removed all the muck in record time. Final price: $800. My husband and I agreed that this company will be our primary plumbers from now on. Their work for this job is guaranteed for 90 days. Very professional company. We highly recommend them. Thank you Anthony. You saved our asses (pun intended). ;)

They were very thorough. I had a badly plugged drain and they unclogged it in a very short period of time with no difficulty, Very professional job. They also exhibited wonderful customers service skills and arrived early even though it was a emergency scheduled appointment. I highly recommend them.
