Made an appointment with Albie Exterminating and they came right on time. The fellow who handled our problem - a hornet's nest in our back yard - seemed well informed and capable. He handled the nest in short order. He answered all my questions and was very easy to work with.

I called them on the phone first and they quoted a rate for the service. Their price was about $75 to $100 lower than a couple of other companies that I checked. They came the day I called them. They treated the house immediately. I called them back again not because I had a problem but I just wanted to make sure that there are no bugs or pests around as the hot weather was coming up. The gut told me that I had to do a second treatment.

Called exterminator to ask for an inspection and estimates for removing bees (or wasps, I didn't know which), preferably at no cost. The service provided an estimate over the phone (one fixed price for all of 2012) that was lower than a competitor by $100. I was also told that he would give me an inspection for all my other concerns when he came to the house, for no extra cost. The exterminator came the same day, did a full home walk-around (inside and out) and spoke with me about what I'd seen. He gave me the earlier quoted price to start immediate spraying for bees, treating the whole home exterior, and scheduling to return for another treatment in 3 weeks. He alleviated my concerns about some areas, and told me where to watch for other potential pests and what I could do to reduce risks of other infestations (such as termites.) I would recommend them to others, because their cost compared favorably to others, the exterminator came right away, and the cost was exactly as quoted.

I have an annual contract with Albie for the ants and also a yearly agreement for termites as well. The termites cost me about $119 a year. They work out really good for me. They respond quickly if we need them and they are always on time. I pay them yearly to control the carpenter ants.

The price was lower than other companies I had or checked into, and they solved my problem. I was able to pay by check, cash, or any credit card. I was also offered a payment arrangement in installments. The receptionists are very compassionate and helpful. Very quickly they set a day and time and were there when they said they would be. The service man was polite, friendly and professional. I would definitely use them for any of my pest problems.

THEY ARE VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP WHEN WE ARE NOT HOME. I WOULD RATHER BE THERE TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE DOING WHAT WE PAY THEM FOR.

THIS COMPANY COMES OUT ONCE A MONTH AND THEY ARE GOOD. THE WORKERS ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND GENEROUS. THEY CLEAR UP THE INSECT PROBLEMS IN LESS THAN ONE MONTH GUARANTEED.
