Scott was completely professional and very thorough with the inspection. He was very accommodating to the schedule which kept changing and being postponed due to issues with the seller getting the premises ready for an inspection (absence of heat and water). He even went back much later to complete the inspection once the water had been turned back on at the house. Explained what he was doing and what needed to be looked out for. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
