Selected treatments that were safe for my indoor cats. Listened to all of my concerns and explained al the steps of the treatments. He needed to address mice moths and ants and came up with a coordinated plan with follow through. Very polite and considerate. I felt like I was getting service from a trusted family member.

I am very happy with Mission Exterminating. I had a mouse infestation problem which was taken care of promptly by Frank. Frank is very knowledgeable in his field and is very professional and customer focused. I highly recommend Frank to anyone with a pest problem.

Frank was excellent. He came out the same day I called, he gave a reasonable estimate and then immediately took care of removing the wasps. He was informative, professional and enthusiastic about his work, even at the end of a long day. Highly recommended!

Frank originally was to charge $600, then added an extra $50 for nothing out of extraordinary that he did to try to cage raccoons in attic. Only pro was that he came by daily (weekdays), to check on cages (for 7 days). We have a split level home, with extension of rooms in upper level; and original attic (from my MIL's room) did not connect to upper room attic (above daughers' room). Him knowing this from the beginning, he would have to make a hole near my daugthers' room, to access the attic, to inspect for raccoons (I've complained about since day 1). My husband and I made it clear to Frank that he should make the hole near the bathroom/hallway, but he took it upon his own decision to make a hole inside my daughters' room instead (without first consultant us). Really? After he complained after each time he went up to inspect both raccoon feces filled attics, and all the bacteria and how hazardous to peoples health!! I don't understand why he would make the access hole to daughers's attic, in their room (where bacteria and debris will get all over their bedroom); meanwhile, making a hallway access hole would have been more ideal. Pretty upsetting, especially he complained about "Oh! I'm never going to go back up there (in attics filled with feces) again, without a mask!" From the 7 days of going up to check, for raccoons, not ONE time did he even put on a mask! Actions speak louder than words. Anyway, no raccoons we're caught because miraculously, the raccoon mom and her babies left the attic on their own. To make matters worse; Frank gave me an estimation for both attic clean up/removal of torn insulation/disinfection, and to seal 2 holes on roof (to be outsourced from his contractors): he wanted $4800 originally, as negotiated with my MIL (as I was not home that day). Next day, when I asked Frank to run the numbers and details with me again, he had some nerves to say "Oh, by the way, I forgot to add in $150 to fix the ceiling (hole he made in my daughters' room)" to also be outsourced, so totally he wanted for clean up $4950! Unbelievable! Beware of extra charges, and make sure all the details he says he will work on, be written in the invoice (that was my mistake because I trusted him).
