+ -1 morePhil showed up when he said he would, took a look at my refrigerator told me he would get back to me by Monday. Monday came and went and I didn't hear from him. Called him and left a message but have not heard back from him. Very unprofessional.
Description of Work: My refrigerator was not closing properly.

+ -1 moreTheir price is excellent and they don't charge a ton of money. He did what he could with it and recommended a cheap solution to help make the dishwasher work better. He has been in business for years and has always been fair priced and done a good job. He is really good.

+ -1 moreCarefree was pretty good in general but they sent out one un-knowledgeable employee who crossed the lines while installing our new air conditioner. As a result, they had to come back to repair the unit. Otherwise, I had no major problems with them you could say.
Description of Work: A new air conditioner unit was installed in my three bedroom home by this company. The old one was also removed.

+ -1 moreI HAVE HAD HIM OUT TO FIX THINGS A FEW TIMES. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY NICE AND HELPFUL IN DOING WHATEVER IT IS WE ASK. HE IS AN HONEST MAN WHO IS ALSO KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HIS FIELD OF WORK.
Description of Work: THE FAN FOR THE ENTIRE HOUSE WAS NOT WORKING. THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM IN THE ON AND OFF SWITCH. THEY REPLACED IT WITH NEW WIRING.
