BM Construction and Paint Works

The work was superb; the colors were beautiful - what more can I say? Except, call them!!!!

The service was awful. During the initial consultation, we were told there Rob will bring 4 guys and a helper. I told him that we just had the flooring done, so it's important to use proper tarp and we have high ceilings. He said he will start on Monday at 9am and be done by Tuesday. The movers were coming into the house on Wednesday with the furniture. No sign of him until 10am on Monday, so I call he says he is on his way and needs cash to buy some stuff (we purchased our own paint). I had already given him a deposit check during the initial consultation. I had to scramble at the last minute to arrange the cash for him. Finally shows up at 11am with only two other guys. They work the entire day and make good progress. The next day, he shows up with just one guy and leaves. Comes back around noon and wraps up for the day. Obviously, he scheduled a second job without any consideration for the commitment made to us. Wednesday same thing - one guy & him (a couple of hours) and then leaves after half a day. The movers came in and the painting was not done. This continues until Friday. (3 days LATE). The work itself was awful. Several spots were missed. He did not bring a ladder for the high ceiling. Used a brush on a pole stick and our short ladder. Obviously, this resulted in a poor paint job. Can still see cracks in the ceiling. To save time, he did not bother to take the doors out, just painted the front. Same thing with curtains, he painted around them and as a result got paint spots over them. When I complained, he said that is all that's included in the price (he failed to mention any of this before. Skipped the closets and the wood around windows too. As a result, we can now see old paint and new paint. Overall, based on our experience, the contractor fails to provide quality work, is not punctual, takes shortcuts, doesn't care about customer satisfaction, backs out on commitment, and is not professional.

Rob was responsive to my request to have the job done promptly. He was very punctual and I never had a problem contacting him. The quality of work done by both Frankie and Rob was professional and and done to our satisfaction.

I waited until 9:13 and I called Rob, no answer, left a message. I called again at 11:10. and again no answer. At 11:18 I received a call from Rob stating that he had been hospitalized and doesn't know what is wrong with him. I inquired why didn't anyone from the company call me to notify me and he talked around it. He offered to do the job and extra, but since my home had been turned upside down for several days my Husband hired someone locally to do the job. I was quite disappointed by the irresponsibility of the company and their lack of communication.

I will never go through BM Construction and paint works or recommend to anyone. I spoke to Robert Kay Tuesday and explain the area I need to be paint%, which he said he can do but it will take 5 days instead of one day. I was fine with it and willing to pay more but the he didnt get back to me even though he said he will contact me within 24 hours. He called the person multiple time and left message but common courtesy to let us know if he can't do the job anymore. After leaving multiple message I got text back saying "ask for refund". The worse experience in my life.

Very well, they were responsive and prompt for the appointment. We need electrical work done and he spent time in each room discussing the best options needed. We've had a few other projects come up, but will be using them shortly to upgrade our electrical system and add lighting to our home.

Rob and his workers were very professional. The were friendly and courteous. Each phase of the job was completed promptly and work area left clean. I was kept well informed of each phase of job and was completly satisfied with the completion of the bathroom.I would deffintely call on them again as well as recommend them to family and friends.

We are extremely pleased with the end result. The BM team worked with us to help choose a color that highlights our new furniture, including suggesting an 'accent wall' that allowed us to add in a contrasting color that give the room a new dynamic despite being unchanged structurally. Then they went a step further to custom tint the accent color when we were not satisfied with how it looked on the wall versus on the paint chip. The room looks simply amazing. All the repairs are undetectable, the paint is deep and rich, and all the lines are well defined and striking. Every one of the 8 doors look brand new, especially the pocket door which has never worked well since it was installed (by another contractor who shall remain nameless) - it went from a rattling, unworkable mess to the highlight of the room. And BM expertly manage the team that did our floor, including getting them to do the final coat of poly on SUNDAY, so that they could get it all done in time for our mid-week delivery from the furniture company. Then the came back as promised and helped finalize all the little things that really make the job look finished. Everyone who has seen the change is BLOWN AWAY.

I was very, very pleased with BM Construction. They did superior work at a very reasonable price. Would use them time and time again. 5 star service.

Services by Rob and his crew was EXCELLENT!! He was at my house and painting 3 hours after my first phone call, now that is fast, great reliable service. Rob went above and beyond to make sure that all rooms were painted beautifully and even done one day ahead of schedule. Cant wait to use them on my other rooms next month :)

It went very smoothly

Rob was excellent ! He sat with us discussed all our options with colors for each room. He was very knowledgeable in paint and colors. Me and my wife love how the rooms and colors we picked came out. Rob explained all our options in regards to different paints and colors. I would recommend his company to anyone. Me and the wife are very happy with the results.

Once again, these guys came and did a fantastic job at our home. We hired BM for other work recently and we had a wonderful experience with them. So, we knew going into this project that we were in good hands. These guys make a project fun and exciting. They took the time out to explain everything they were doing as the project was moving along which gave us a better understanding of the lighting we were adding to our home. BM performed an electrical service upgrade to our home, installed LED lighting in the den, kitchen and living area, installed recessed lighting throughout the house and finished up with some beautiful outdoor lighting. They were just great. Highly recommend.

It went great for us! I highly recommend this company not only because of the amazing work and attention to detail but because I'm probably the most pickiest person ever! I have always been afraid of color known to close in the rooms. It looks amazing! From start to finish, the job went smooth. Extremely professional and would recommend them to all my family and friends. Can't wait for my next project!

BM Fence and Construction had not only the best price, but also great service, and when all was said and done, excellent quality. I feel like they went out of their way to make sure everything was done just the way I wanted. They even gave helpful suggestions, but I never felt like they were pressuring me to do anything "their way." When an unexpected obstacle arose, they made sure to contact me and discuss the best way to proceed and make sure I agreed. When all the work was finished I was even contacted by them to follow up and received guidance regarding the maintenance of my new deck.
